Lost/Stolen Card

If you ever lose your debit card or feel fraudulent charges have been posted to your account, contact St. Ansgar State Bank immediately at 641-713-4501 (during business hours) or call 800-472-3272 for after-hours support.

Fraud Detection

If you received a call from our debit card fraud detection center at 833-735-1894 or a text from 37268 it has to do with a transaction using your St. Ansgar State Bank debit card. This transaction might have been “out-of-pattern” and looks suspicious to our automated fraud detection system. If you were not able to answer the call, our fraud detention center will leave a message with your fraud case number. You will need this case number to call or text them back and verify the transactions. It is important to make some kind of contact, either directly to the fraud detention center, or to the bank directly at 641-713-4501 (during business hours) in order to unlock your card or prevent fraudulent transactions from posting to your account.
